Direct Hire Search:
With Direct Hire, we apply the same recruiting principles that have shaped our reputation for providing clients with superior Temporary Talent and Services. We use forward-thinking recruitment techniques and proprietary tools to help us qualify talent on the basis of skills, motivation and fit.
Our industry-specific search teams use their expertise to meet your unique needs and requirements. In addition, our active network of industry-related personal contacts helps us uncover hidden talent as well as those actively seeking new employment opportunities.
Retained Search:
In a Retained Search agreement, we utilize the same techniques and processes that we do in a Direct Hire Search, but there’s more. One additional critical element applied in a Retained Search is an abundance of Research Recruitment. Retained Searches are reserved for either high level or niche related positions and many man hours are required on the front end in order to uncover potential applicants.
A good majority of the applicants we discover will also be passive candidates, meaning they do not have their resumes posted on job boards and are not actively pursuing job opportunities. Due to the amount of time JBI needs to invest in this search, we require the client to also make an upfront investment. The standard arrangement calls for one-third of the placement fee upon initial engagement of the search, another third once JBI delivers 3 qualified candidates for interview, and the remaining third upon successful hire.
